HOME / A note from the founder
Marisa is dedicated to providing complimentary care with meaningful results by using an integrative approach to Eastern medicine.
Through individualized and high-quality care, integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Regenerative practices, Marisa helps her clients change the trajectory of their health.
Life handed me unimaginable grief in 2013 when I lost my sister to suicide.
But it was also through that dark period I was gifted with the capacity to heal and regenerate.
You see, were constantly in this cycle of:
hurt, pain, recovery, peace.
hurt, pain, recovery, peace.
And in that process we're transforming and growing.
We're met with opportunities to elevate.
Were greeted with the possibility to heal.
We challenge our inner patterns that are destructive & begin to replace them because we have given ourselves permission to.
What's important is the process. It's how you chose to heal.
Life may not always be rainbows and butterflies but itll ALWAYS give us the opportunity to recover.
That’s what I found in Chinese Medicine.
And so I immersed myself in the learning and have been in a love affair ever since.
I’ve been studying since early 2016, and 5 years actively in practice.
And with the initiation of motherhood in 2022, I have had the blessing of supporting women through various transitions of their life.
I firmly believe it is the relationship that heals.
The relationship between the patient and the world.
The relationship between the patient and the practitioner.
The relationship between the patient and themselves.
The future of medicine resides in understanding the past and beginnings of medicine.

Human health has multiple sources, physical, social, cultural, and spiritual. Marisa’s approach to patient health incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy; that health is not just a list of rootless symptoms but rather a wheel of different internal and environmental factors in a patient’s life. Each treatment is tailored to each individual as Marisa believes in helping her patients become active participants to discover, balance, and cultivate their inner and outer health.
